Now that the new school year has started, it stays hectic around here. Daddy gets up at 4am for work, the kids start getting up around 6am, and then we have to rush out the door by 7:30. Keeping my family healthy is very important, so these are the ways that we squeeze health into our weekday routine.
Eating Healthy
I try to make a balanced, nutritious meal for my family every night. It's the only time all week that we're able to all sit down together, as a family. Exercise
It can be difficult to find the time to exercise when you have three kids. It seems like the most exercise I get most days is chasing around the two year old. Relaxation
