With one kid going into fourth grade, and another just starting preschool, I want them to have the best education available. Since they go to public school, the funds can get stretched thin from time to time between making sure that all of the programs have the money that they need. As a parent, I do all I can to help out. That means participating in all of the PTA drives, the fundraisers, and probably the easiest - Box Tops for Education™.
Last year, our school met it's goal of $1000. That meant that they had an extra $1000 for whatever they needed.
With over 80,000 schools participating, Box Tops for Education is one of America's largest school earnings loyalty programs. Earning for your school is simple! When you're grocery shopping, look for the Box Tops logo:
Here's some math: If every child brings in 50 Box Tops, that's $5.00 each. Let's say for example's sake, that in your school, there's about 400 total students. That means $5.00x400, or $2000 for playground equipment, new technology, classroom supplies, or field trips! Box Tops for Education has contributed over $525 million to participating schools since the launch of the program in 1996.

That means that for every one of the participating products you buy at Walmart, you're earning 50¢ for the school of your choice.
