Last month, we had a family dinner over at Matt's mom's house. When I asked what we should bring, she just told me, "a dessert." Of course, these are my in-laws (or will be one day) so I wanted to make something that would impress everyone. But, I have two little ones always hanging off of me so baking for hours and hours is out of the question. I settled on one of my family's favorites, an orange cream cake. Everyone loved it, and Matt's brother even asked for the recipe! I love that it's simple to make, using boxed cake mix with a few extra ingredients... plus, it's delicious!
