Baby's Journey BabySitter Review {and Giveaway!}

As you saw in my Wordless Wednesday post, Kaya is starting to eat solids.  Her favorites so far are carrots and green beans.  Silly, right?  I can hardly get her to eat fruit, but she loves her veggies.  Hopefully it'll stay that way throughout childhood!

Anyway, now that she's eating, it's time for her to start sitting at the table.  Problem is, we don't have a high chair for her yet.  (She was a surprise so we never thought we'd need to use Sammy's again.)  Honestly, our dining room is pretty small so I keep putting off getting a conventional high chair.

Then we were sent the BabySitter from Baby's Journey.  Talk about an easy solution!  It connects to a normal kitchen chair and converts it into a high chair.  It's also small enough to throw into the diaper bag and bring along to restaurants, or family gatherings.

The BabySitter is is designed for children who can sit unassisted, so it shouldn't be used until your child reaches that milestone.  It is machine washable (soooo important with messy little ones!) and wipes clean really easy.  The shoulder straps are adjustable, so it can grow with your little one.  The chair straps are also adjustable so it fits almost any kind of chair.

Securely fits onto most chairs, even our awkward ones!

Kaya seemed pretty comfortable in it, and loved the cute designs on the belly part.  She's still a bit wobbly sitting up but did great for her first time eating completely upright.  Here she is, chilling in her new seat:

In all, I'd say that this is a definite diaper-bag must-have!

  2. I really think the Safari Magic Play Tray would be a blast for the little ones. Although, knowing all the germs their little hands can have, the SaniLite Hand Sanitizer would be a good idea too.
